Baseline Custom Fabricating is excited to announce a new member of our laser cutting machine family in Courtice, Ontario!

The Ermac Fiber Raptor is part of a new generation of fiber laser cutters that are going to change the game for the metal fabrication industry. At first look, the machine’s ergonomic design gives it a sleek feel and requires less space to operate, all without compromising on cutting quality.

This state-of-the-art laser cutting machine features protective windows that allow machine operators to watch over the cutting process. It is also outfitted with a Light Body Guard allowing for better worker safety.

Just like a raptor, it is a speedy and effective machine!

It has an acceleration rate of 0.5 G and a speed of 50m/min, which makes it up to 60-250% faster than other laser cutting machines in the market right now. Its 15” touch screen controller helps our technicians operate the many capabilities of the Ermac Fiber Raptor easily and precisely.

The five by ten-foot shuttle table allows for high precision control over loading systems.  In addition, the modular design of the machine and its top-of-the-line fiber optic laser technology allows for more savings to be made – savings that we will surely pass on to the customer.
